About Customization

What kind of photos should I upload?

We recommend at least 3 clear photos of your pet from different angles (front, side, and a close-up). Natural lighting helps! The more detail we see, the better we can capture your pet’s personality.

Can I choose what’s included in the artwork?

Yes—for most 2D artworks like portraits, illustrations, and ceramic paintings, you can freely request details such as specific poses, expressions, or accessories.

These are usually included at no extra charge.

For 3D pieces like sculpted mugs, plaster carvings, or leatherwork, extra customization (e.g., adding multiple pets or complex elements) may require additional work and cost.

In such cases, we’ll confirm with the artist before proceeding.

Can I add my pet’s name or a message?

Absolutely. Most of our products support name engraving or custom text. You can add this in the customization section or leave us a note at checkout.

Will I see a preview before it’s made?

For most custom pieces, yes.

We’ll send a sketch or draft to the email you provided before production begins.

If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we’ll assume everything looks good and proceed with the final creation.

To avoid delays, please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder—just in case).

Can I make changes after placing the order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@sirmeow.com.

If you need to change the design after production has begun, please contact us.

We’ll check with the artist—extra fees may apply, and in some cases, changes may not be possible. This depends on the product type and progress of the work.

Can I request a specific artist?

Our artists each specialize in a specific category—a plaster sculptor won’t paint watercolors, and a leather artist won’t do ceramics.

So we can’t support cross-category artist requests.

We’ll assign the right artist based on your chosen product.

If you have special ideas, leave a note at checkout—your artist will see it.

What if I’m not happy with the preview or sketch?

We offer one free revision after the initial preview.

Additional changes may incur a fee, depending on the product type and artist.

We'll always let you know in advance before proceeding with extra charges.

Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Production time varies by product and artist.

Most items are completed within 3 weeks, but some categories may require more time—up to 6 months—depending on artist availability.

After you order, we’ll follow up by email to confirm your estimated timeline.

Our artists take great care in crafting each piece by hand.

We also cover any damage or loss during creation, so your finished keepsake is worth the wait.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping to the following countries and regions:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong SAR.

We currently do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or remote areas.

Shipping times vary by location, typically 3–15 business days after production.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes! All of our packaging is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free.

We care deeply about sustainability—every piece is carefully wrapped to protect your item and the planet.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

We do our best to pack everything securely, but for fragile items like ceramics, occasional damage may still occur.

If your item arrives broken, please email us at service@sirmeow.com with a video of the damage.

We’ll offer either a refund or a free remake, depending on your preference.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

If your piece hasn’t entered production, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

However, once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Our artists invest time and creative effort even before crafting starts—designing sketches, selecting materials, and preparing your custom piece.

This work cannot be reused or undone, and we respectfully ask for your understanding.

Sharing & Community

Can I share my finished piece?

Yes, please do!

Share your photos and story on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or anywhere you like—and don’t forget to use #sirmeow so we can find you.

You’re also welcome to leave a review with photos of your piece and your pet.

We love seeing your stories, and so does our whole community.

Will my pet be featured publicly?

We may showcase your custom piece on sirmeow.com to present the artist’s work.

By placing an order, you agree to allow us to feature the finished product on our website.

If we’d like to share your pet’s image or story on social media, we’ll contact you first for permission.

If you agree, we’ll happily tag you in the post or product listing.
