One night, unable to sleep, she took out a piece of leather and began cutting. With trembling hands, she shaped the silhouette of her cat, carving in its name, one letter at a time. She stitched the edges by hand, slowly and quietly, as if talking to her cat one last time. That small keychain became her way of holding on—simple, imperfect, but deeply personal.
She never meant to share it.
